Top Looks from Lagos Fashion & Design Week And GTBank Fashion Weekend

We’re still reeling from all the fashion we absorbed over the past month at Lagos Fashion & Design Week and GTBank Fashion Weekend. Having attended every single show, we can say that we are very excited for the forward-facing direction that African designers, especially our home grown talents, are moving in.

Some of the biggest trends we observed at LFDW and GTBankFshnWknd were the reconstructed off-shoulder style, lots (and lots) of tassels, exaggerated drapes and vibrant prints to name a few.

Here are our top looks (in no particular order) from LFDW 2016.
